Turning this old office space into a large master bath in the heart of downtown Guelph. This antiquated home was built in 1846 and hosted a series of structural and design challenges that we were more than happy to overcome. Using modern building practices and materials brings new life into an old house from modern luxuries such as in floor heating to the piece of mind that comes with a waterproof membrane in showers and floor.

These customers had a vision and knew exactly what they were looking for in a builder and in their design. Looking forward to many more projects with them.
