We could not be happier with the experience of working with Blackwater Homes. All of the construction and finishing was top notch. Our project was the interior finishing of 4 new build industrial condo units for outfitting as an auto parts store. This entailed construction of 3 offices, a lunchroom/boardroom the retail space as well as 5 bathrooms (including 1 accessible). Derek was recommended to us by our realtor. We were impressed from the start. He was friendly, knowledgeable and it was clear he knew what he was doing. His estimate and breakdown of the project were very detailed and covered many things we had overlooked. He helped us plan the design and gave many helpful suggestions. He made the process easy and did excellent work. He overhauled and reconfigured our main bath, replaced all toilets, redid a ceiling and installed some doors and door frames. The costs were fair and well worth the investment. We are looking forward to working with him again.
