We hired Black Water Homes to renovate our main bathroom and our powder room. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Derek is not only professional but also a very skilled contractor. His estimate and breakdown of the project were very detailed and covered many things we had overlooked. He helped us plan the design and gave many helpful suggestions. He made the process easy and did excellent work. He overhauled and reconfigured our main bath, replaced all toilets, redid a ceiling and installed some doors and door frames. The costs were fair and well worth the investment. We are looking forward to working with him again.
