Derek stepped in when another contractor fell through, and it was absolutely the best thing that could have happened. We feel blessed to have found a contractor that listened to what we wanted and who is as picky as we are. Derek does great work, and he works hard to achieve whatever your vision is. We are equally happy with the subs he brought in, and the end result really speaks for itself.

Derek is fantastic at what he does. He renovated our home in Prince Edward County, adding a new bathroom, renovating the existing bathroom, and building a few other things. He's professional, gets things done on time, and is easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for any home renovation projects

We highly recommend Black Water Homes. We love our newly developed basement with living room, wet bar, bedrooms and ensuite! Derek is extremely knowledgeable and provided several useful suggestions to ensure we made the most of our space. All our concerns and questions were answered quickly.

We had a recent bathroom renovation completed by Black Water Homes and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Derek incorporated our ideas into a design that fit the space and included everything on our wish list. We knew we were in good hands from our first meeting.
