Complete Remodel of the top floor of this Duplex. The main washroom was enlarged by using the space of the master bedroom closet.

The master bedroom was given a feature wall with new hardwood floors, to make up for the loss of the closet, the adjoining spare bedroom was turned into a walk in closet and private ensuite with custom built walk in shower.

Unfinished walkout basement transformed into a relaxing getaway with tons of light, cozy gas fireplace and a wet bar.

This was a dated space with only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms full of cottage guests. 

We narrowed a missued storage area with gave space to make a private and luxurious ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom.

We also update the main bath with all new tiles, tub, flooring and modern vanity.

Sharp Kitchen

Complete renovation of a 40 year old kitchen all done on a tight budget. All cabinets are from IKEA, just because these are premade cabinets it doesn't mean your kitchen cant be custom.

Also replaced flooring from kitchen flowing into hallway and front foyer.

Turning this old office space into a large master bath in the heart of downtown Guelph. This antiquated home was built in 1846 and hosted a series of structural and design challenges that we were more than happy to overcome. Using modern building practices and materials brings new life into an old house from modern luxuries such as in floor heating to the piece of mind that comes with a waterproof membrane in showers and floor. 

These customers had a vision and knew exactly what they were looking for in a builder and in their design. Looking forward to many more projects with them.

Here we have a beautiful home in the country that had a complete makeover of the exterior using board and batten siding and stone as well as the remodeling of a few interior rooms and the replacement of doors and windows.

88 Creative

This is a small office space in the heart of Downtown Toronto. 
We added a open concept board room with two large windows and a smaller meeting room in the back of the office with smaller windows so it didnt feel boxed in. Also updated the kitchenette.

Appleby Line Bathroom

This was as a long overdue bathroom renovation on a old farm house. Here we used the Schluter waterproofing shower system to ensure no mold, or any possible leaks. In keeping with the aesthetic of a country home we installed cedar paneling on the shower ceiling to give ties to the homes rustic appeal.
