Replaced stairs with oak caps and stained to match hardwood.

Complete Remodel of the top floor of this Duplex. The main washroom was enlarged by using the space of the master bedroom closet.

The master bedroom was given a feature wall with new hardwood floors, to make up for the loss of the closet, the adjoining spare bedroom was turned into a walk in closet and private ensuite with custom built walk in shower.

Button Basement

Unfinished walkout basement transformed into a relaxing getaway with tons of light, cozy gas fireplace and a wet bar.

Carroll Crescent Basement

Prince Edward County Cottage

This was a dated space with only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms full of cottage guests. 

We narrowed a missued storage area with gave space to make a private and luxurious ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom.

We also update the main bath with all new tiles, tub, flooring and modern vanity.
